WEAR:
Each pack contains two insoles (1 right 1 left). Separate the left insole from the right.
Place the right insole in each shoe (R = right - L = left) with the gel part in contact with the shoe.
If necessary, adjust the fit by cutting the heel and toe parts.
Do not use a single insole as it could create imbalances.
CARE:
Hand wash with water and PH neutral soap, dry away from heat sources.
Once well dried, lightly sprinkle some unscented talcum powder.
