Powering the watch is Omega's caliber 265 movement. It is in the famous 30T2 family whose reputation for reliability and accurate timekeeping landed it a role serving the critical timing needs of the world's Armed Forces during World War II. As time progressed Omega upgraded the original 30T2s with additions like a shock protection system and other modifications - as is the case with this watch.
It is fully Omega and in pleasing condition. Its original Dennison for Omega 9K case presents nicely. Its beautiful original silver dial presents as just short of mint. And its caliber 265 movement is very clean.
Our watchmaker has just freshly cleaned and oiled it, and it is running true. For the finishing touch we have installed a new crocodile strap making it ready for immediate enjoyment.
